EFT Case Studies Showcase How Effective This Self Help Tool Is
I love EFT case studies because there is always something you learn or an insight you gain, and it showcases just what a remarkable all-round self-help tool this is. I totally agree with Donna Eden, (co-author of The Promise of Energy Psychology) when she says: “EFT is easy, effective, and produces amazing results. I think it should be taught in elementary school.” From reading difficulties to motion sickness and phobias like fear of flying, to pain and other stress related symptoms, EFT Techniques deals with them all, and sometimes with jaw-dropping results. The first case study I’ll share is on reading difficulties of a primary school child who was very anxious about doing a presentation at school the next day. I put together a short audio for him to tap along to.
You can read about that case study here.
The next case study is on eating under stress. This lady was very successful in the health and wellness area but ate certain sweets compulsively, particularly under stress, which was often.

This case study is on
motion sickness
with a lady who didn’t speak a word of English. Not that it mattered; the results were still nothing short of miraculous! I’ll be adding more case studies regularly, so check back often for updates or subscribe to my blog.
Have An Interesting EFT Case Study or Story?
Do you have an interesting case study or success story you would like to share? What about a funny experience? It’s not unusual to have a complete shift in the way you see the issue (what was I thinking???) or an ‘aha moment’ after performing EFT. And sometimes it can be absolutely hilarious, once you’ve dealt with the emotions surrounding it that is. So if you have a great story to share about any reading or learning difficulties...

And for any story related to stress eating click this link to share it. I will be adding more categories for your stories as I add other case studies, so bookmark this page and check back often.
