The Founder of EFT Gary Craig
The founder of EFT Gary Craig is a Stanford Engineer and personal performance coach who has made a profound difference in the world with his EFT technique.
Gary was in his early teens when he became interested in personal performance.
He was only 13 when he realized his thoughts played a huge role in how he performed as well as his overall well-being.
In the early 1990's Gary heard about a psychologist in California, Roger Callahan, who was having success with a meridian tapping therapy known as TFT or Thought Field Therapy.
Gary trained in Thought Field Therapy with Roger Callahan and in 1993 he paid a small fortune to study Dr Callahan's most advanced procedure, Voice Technology.
By the mid 1990's Gary recognized through his own experience that the sequence of the tapping points really didn't matter. He simplified Dr Callahan's procedures and came up with his EFT technique which has profoundly touched so many people.
By the way, in case you don't know, EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques.
Gary is an amazing teacher and so very generous with his information. He was always seeking innovative ways to improve the EFT tapping experience for even better results.
Of course there was nothing wrong with the original EFT process but Gary greatly improved results for individuals, practitioners and trainers with these innovations:
Gary Craig: EFT Founder Retires
It was a sad day for me when Gary retired and I will be forever grateful for the EFT information he so generously gave over the years to make this technique available to everyone.
On his retirement Gary generously transferred the entire content of his EFT website to Dawson Church.
Unfortunately Gary's EFT manual is no longer available as a free download but it can be purchased on Amazon for a small fee -- well worth the tiny investment.
Gary's training and teaching EFT videos are also no longer available so I am extremely grateful I have his entire collection which I refer to often.
