List of Emotions to Help You
Identify Emotions Prior to Using EFT

This list of emotions will help you identify emotion and feeling before you begin the EFT process.

Once you have identified the emotion and feeling on the issue you want to work on, remember to rate the intensity of each one on the 0-10 scale (where 0 is nothing and 10 is as bad as it can be). It's very important you do this.

You may find you have a number of negative emotions or mixed emotions and, if you do, write them all down and next to each one rate your level of distress or intensity.

I hope this list will help you when you can't quite put your finger on how you're feeling.
