Self Esteem Affirmations

I have put together an audio of self esteem affirmations for you that you can use to tap in at each tapping point.

But first a few pointers.

It's important to do some quality EFT work around all negative specific events that come to mind where you didn't feel good about yourself and clear them, including any negative emotion and feeling surrounding the event or person(s) involved.

Once you've cleared the events that made you feel like there was something wrong with you or that you weren't good enough, you can then tap in these affirmations and repeat them on a daily basis.

If you haven't already done so, you can watch the short video and complete the step-by-step guide on how to eliminate these past negative specific events here.

Then notice how much better you sleep, how your self esteem and self confidence increase and how much more relaxed and at ease you feel.

It's a good idea to clear your upsets, disappointments and frustrations at the end of every day with a round of EFT and then finish with a round of these positive affirmations.

Another great idea is to tap in the affirmations first thing in the morning to set your day up on a positive note.
